FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the difference between half day and full day?

The main difference is the length of film you will receive.

The half day package starts approximately 1-2 hours before the ceremony whereas the full day starts from the morning preparations and getting ready. For both packages we stay 1 hour after first dance.

How long does it take for our film and how do we receive it?

You will receive a 60 second teaser video a week after your wedding day and we aim to deliver your full film within 4 months.

We use an online netflix style gallery to upload your film and from there you can share it to family and friends and also download your film.

How do you capture audio?

Audio is one of the most important things on your wedding day, we use a range of small microphones for the main portions, for example if you are having a first look, they will have a mic on to capture all the emotions. During the ceremony we also mic up the main people who will be talking, this is why we like to know if there are any readings by family members too! For the speeches, again we mic up anyone who is talking but we also use a backup mic just in case anything happens. We understand not everyone likes to have a mic but they record into our cameras to ensure we get the best possible sound for your video, just pop us a message if you don't want this or if you have any other questions.

Can we have all the footage from our wedding day?

We don't offer raw footage at the moment, this is due to the huge file sizes, we film raw which is almost colourless which gives us the chance to colour the footage in post production, we use the best possible footage for your film.

Do you have any full films we can watch?

Why is there no price for super 8 film on your website?

We don't show our pricing for super 8 because it depends how long you want your super 8 film to be. 1 roll of film can get you just under 3 minutes of footage so the longer you need, the more rolls of film we buy.
